Growing up in Taranaki, Brayden moved to Auckland in 2001. He completed his secondary education at Rangitoto College before spending a gap year school exchange in La Rioja, Argentina. On returning to New Zealand he commenced his studies in Physiotherapy. Upon graduation from AUT University, Brayden worked in a private practice working closely with Auckland football clubs and Sports Academies at Mount Albert Grammar; he developed an understanding and a keen interest in Sports Physiotherapy and youth rehabilitation.

From a young age Brayden grew up playing football which led him to gravitate towards team physio in this area. Over the years he has worked with title winning teams at national league and secondary school levels optimising sporting performance with his strong hands-on approach.

With interests in the areas of lower limb biomechanics, sports injuries, injury prevention and manipulative therapy; Brayden aims to have you spending more time doing the things you enjoy. 

Outside of work, Brayden enjoys spearfishing, traveling and spending time with his family and friends. Whilst juggling postgraduate studies and full time work, he and his wife Sunny have recently welcomed their first daughter Sienna.
