Upon graduation from AUT University, Brayden worked in a private practice working closely with Auckland football clubs and Sports Academies at Mount Albert Grammar; he developed an understanding and a keen interest in Sports Physiotherapy and youth rehabilitation.

From a young age Brayden grew up playing football which led him to gravitate towards team physio in this area. Over the years he has worked with title winning teams at national league and secondary school levels optimising sporting performance with his strong hands-on approach.

With interests in the areas of lower limb biomechanics, sports injuries, injury prevention and manipulative therapy; Brayden aims to have you spending more time doing the things you enjoy.
